Are there Improvement Notifications?

There are 2 types of Improvement Notifications.

  1. Closed Notifications: when an Improvement is Closed an Email/SMS notification is sent to Employees that have been set up to receive Notifications in their Employee Profile.
  2. Internal Notifications: when an Improvement is Assigned to an Employee, the Employee will receive an Internal Notification via the Notification Bell in the platform.
