Can I open a Completed Incident?

No, once an Incident has been Completed it is not possible to edit or open the Incident to add further details. This is to ensure that when the Incident was signed, the data remains the same. The Toolbox Team are looking at adding an additional section within an Incident to add notes to a Completed Incident.
