How do I submit a new Hazard?

There are 2 ways to submit a Hazard:

1. Click on the Green Actions button at the top, then click Report a Hazard
2. Click on EHS > + Report a Hazard
   
   

Both will take you to the Create Hazard page.

1. Enter Hazard Title
2. Enter Description
3. Select a Type - or create a new one
4. Select a Work Group (this is where the Hazard is located)
5. Select a Location (optional)
6. Take or Upload photos
7. Click Save
