What can I do if my Contractor says they have forgotten their Password?

If your Contractor says they have forgotten their password, advise them to click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page (Contractors use the same login page as you).

Send them the Login page URL if they do not have it.

1. Click on your initials or photo in the top right
2. Click Log Off
3. Copy the URL when you are logged out and send to the Contractor.
