What can't I login using my mobile phone number?
- You can only use your mobile phone number as your account handle in The Toolbox, if it has already been entered against your Employee Profile correctly in The Toolbox and saved (this is an additional security validation).
- Check with your Manager/Admin that it has been entered correctly.
