What if I cannot find the Welcome Email/SMS?

If you no longer have or cannot find the Welcome Email/SMS there are 2 ways to set up your password:

1. Ask you Manager to resend your Welcome Email/SMS
2. Ask your Manager for your organisations Toolbox URL and click on Forgot Password. Follow the prompts to set up a new Password.
