What is a Hazard Risk Assessment?

The Hazard Risk Assessment is a form used to collect the results of reviewing the Hazard to determine what level of Risk the Hazard could cause in its current and future state. A Hazard Risk Assessment is completed when a new Hazard is submitted. The Risk Assessment will indicate what Controls will be used to reduce the current risk of the Hazard.

There can be multiple Risk Assessments performed for one Hazard.

A Hazard cannot be Closed if there are open Risk Assessments.
