What is an Incident Escalation Level?
An Incident Escalation Level is a path or set of instructions that may be carried out when an Incident occurs. There may be many Escalation levels depending on the seriousness of the Incident.
For example, if there is an Injury the first Escalation may require an Ambulance to be called, while the first step in a minor Escalation level may be to inform a supervisor.
Escalation levels are optional.
