What is the ClientID?
The ClientID is part of the Verification Step when setting up a password. The ClientID verifies that you are the intended recipient of the Welcome Email/SMS.
If your email address and phone number has been entered in your Employee profile, you can use one of these instead of the ClientID. If you received the Welcome as an email you can use your phone number as the Verification Step. If you received the Welcome via an SMS you can use your email as the Verification Step.
