What is the Contractor Temporary Sign In QR Code?

If a Contractor Staff arrives at your site without them being in the Contractor module, they can scan the temporary Sign In QR Code to quickly sign in.

When scanning the Temporary Sign-IN QR Code, they will be asked to enter:

  1. Their name
  2. The Contractor name
  3. Their Phone number
  4. Estimated time of Departure
  5. Site Contact

By signing in they declare that they are qualified to complete their tasks on site.

Their details will be shown on the:

  1. Temporary Contractors tab
  2. The Contractor Sign In register

This will not create them in the system but it will give you a list of Contractors to create and start the proper process.
