What is the Equipment Status Tab used for?

The Equipment Status tab within a Defect ticket is used to close the Defect ticket once all the repairs have been completed and an Actual Date of Repair (ADR) has been added.

1. Click on the Equipment Status tab
2. Click on yes to Close the Defect Ticket
3. Save
