The Hazard Finalise and Sign off tab is where the Hazard can be closed once Risk Assessments have been completed and Controls have been implemented. 1. Click on EHS \> Hazards 2. Edit the Hazard 3. Click on the Finalise and Sign off tab 4. Make sure the Controls in each Risk Assessment have been implemented. 5. Add a comment 6. Take or Upload photos of the measures used to close the Hazard 7. Draw your Signature 8.
