What is the Hazard Finalise and Sign off tab?

The Hazard Finalise and Sign off tab is where the Hazard can be closed once Risk Assessments have been completed and Controls have been implemented.

1. Click on EHS > Hazards
2. Edit the Hazard
3. Click on the Finalise and Sign off tab
4. Make sure the Controls in each Risk Assessment have been implemented.
5. Add a comment
6. Take or Upload photos of the measures used to close the Hazard
7. Draw your Signature
8. Click Confirm
