What is the Initial Risk Rating in the Risk Register?

Initial Risk Rating: this is a number that is calculated using the Initial Likelihood & Consequence review. This number represents the total risk of the Hazard if left unattended. The higher the number, the higher the risk that the Hazard could cause injury.
