Why can't I complete a Hazard?
You may not be able to Complete a Hazard if not all the Controls in the associated Risk Assessments have been implemented. If this is the case, a warning will be displayed in the Finalise and Sign off tab.
- Review the Risk Assessment and click Yes to Controls Implemented
- Return to the Finalise and Sign off tab and complete the Hazard
