To add notes to appear on the Team Planner Staff View, first go to Admin View on the left-hand menu, then click the orange Daily Notes button. 2. The top Default Notes section allows you to input a note that will appear the same every day (this can be edited at any time). The bottom Daily Notes section allows you to input a note that will only appear on the specific day you are currently setting up.  3.
