To assign a staff member a task, first go to the Admin View on the left-hand menu. 2. Then click TASKS on the right-hand side. 3. Select the Task from the dropdown menus, and drag it to the staff member in the timeslot you wish to assign it to. 4. To edit the time, click on the coloured Task block and edit/ add notes. 5.
