Yes, depending on what activities occur depend on the Notifications that are sent. 1. **Creating a Contractor -** the person who created the Contractor will receive a confirmation email that the Contractor was created. 2. **Welcome Invite -** the Principal Contractor will receive an email with instructions and a link to create a password 3. **Documents Submitted -** the person who created the Contractor will receive notification that documents have been submitted 4. **Activation Email -** the Principal Contractor will receive a confirmation email that you have activated their account 5. **SMS Induction -** Contractor Staff set up by the Principal Contractor will receive an SMS to complete the online induction 6. **Staff Induction -** the Principal Contractor will receive a confirmation email that a Staff member has completed the induction 7. **Expired Documents -** the Principal Contractor will receive an email advising them that a document is due to expire and they need to submit a renewal 8. **Documents Submitted -** the person who created the Contractor will receive notification that documents have been renewed and submitted 9. **De-Activation -** the Principal Contractor will receive an email advising them that their account has been deactivated because of non renewed expired documents or other reasons 10. **Sign Out Reminder SMS -** Contractor Staff that have not signed out 2 hours after their Estimated Time of Departure will receive an SMS asking them to sign out.
