Are there Notifications for the Contractor module?

Yes, depending on what activities occur depend on the Notifications that are sent.

  1. Creating a Contractor - the person who created the Contractor will receive a confirmation email that the Contractor was created.
  2. Welcome Invite - the Principal Contractor will receive an email with instructions and a link to create a password
  3. Documents Submitted - the person who created the Contractor will receive notification that documents have been submitted
  4. Activation Email - the Principal Contractor will receive a confirmation email that you have activated their account
  5. SMS Induction - Contractor Staff set up by the Principal Contractor will receive an SMS to complete the online induction
  6. Staff Induction - the Principal Contractor will receive a confirmation email that a Staff member has completed the induction
  7. Expired Documents - the Principal Contractor will receive an email advising them that a document is due to expire and they need to submit a renewal
  8. Documents Submitted - the person who created the Contractor will receive notification that documents have been renewed and submitted
  9. De-Activation - the Principal Contractor will receive an email advising them that their account has been deactivated because of non renewed expired documents or other reasons
  10. Sign Out Reminder SMS - Contractor Staff that have not signed out 2 hours after their Estimated Time of Departure will receive an SMS asking them to sign out. The SMS will have a link to Sign Out.
