Yes, you can create a Risk Assessment without a Hazard by following the steps below:

  1. Click on EHS > Risk Register > '+ Add Risk Assessment'
  2. Click No for 'Is the Risk associated with a defined Hazard?'
  3. Enter a Title
  4. Enter a Risk Type
  5. Describe the Risk
  6. Select a Work Group
  7. Select a Job Role
  8. Initial Likelihood: Click on a coloured dot that represents the Likelihood that this Hazard could cause an Incident
  9. Initial Consequences : Click on a coloured dot that represents the Consequence should this Hazard cause an Incident
  10. The combination of the Initial Likelihood & Consequence will calculate the Initial Risk Rating
  11. Add what the 'Suggested Controls' are to reduce the risk
  12. Residual Likelihood: Click on a coloured dot that represents the Likelihood that this Hazard could cause an Incident should the Suggested Controls are implemented
  13. Residual Consequences: Click on a coloured dot that represents the Consequence should this Hazard cause an Incident if the Suggested Controls are implemented
  14. The combination of the Residual Likelihood & Consequence will calculate the Residual Risk Rating
  15. Click Save
