Can I delete a Work Group?

Deleting Work Groups is not recommended and often it is not possible, but it can be done if the circumstances are right. If a Work Group is associated with any record within the Toolbox App (a piece of equipment or an employee for example), it cannot be deleted. If a Work Group is not associated with any records it can be deleted.

  1. When in the Employee Register, click on '+ Add Employee'
  2. Scroll down to 'Work Group'
  3. Click 'Add/Remove'
  4. Use the search bar to find the Work Group
  5. Click on the Delete icon (bin)
