Can I move a Folder?

Yes, but you can only move a Main Folder into another Main Folder, and a Sub-Folder into another Sub-Folder or Main Folder. Only Employees with an Admin System Role can move Folders.

Main Folder

  1. Click Resources > Directory
  2. Locate the Main Folder
  3. Click and Drag the Main Folder to the required Folder
  4. If the move is acceptable, the folder name will be displayed with a '+' sign indicating that the folder can be moved to this location
  5. Release the drag and drop the folder into the new location.

 

Sub-Folder

  1. Click Resources > Directory
  2. Locate the Sub-Folder within a Main Folder
  3. Click and Drag the Sub-Folder into one of the Folders in the blue Breadcrumb Trail
  4. If the move is acceptable, the folder name will be displayed with a '+' sign indicating that the folder can be moved to this location
  5. Release the drag and drop the folder into the new location.
