Can I resend a Contractor their Welcome email?

Yes, you can resend a Contractor their Welcome email providing certain criteria is met.

If a Contractor has not actioned the initial invite, you can resend the invite to the Contractor. If the Contractor Status is Invitation Sent, this means that the Contractor has not actioned the initial email. Any other status means the invite cannot be resent.

  1. Click Contractors > Contractors
  2. Click on the resend icon (aeroplane)
  3. A success message will be displayed

If a Contractor has actioned the initial email, the initial email cannot be resent. If the Contractor cannot login, send them the Toolbox URL, available from your manager.
