Can I resend an Employee a Welcome Email/SMS?

Yes, another Welcome Email/SMS can be sent to your Employee.

1. Edit their Employee Profile
2. Set Toolbox Access to No
3. Click Save
4. Edit their Employee profile again
5. Set Toolbox Access to Yes
6. Click Save.

This will send the employee a Welcome Email/SMS

The Employee can also click on Forgot Password on the Login page to set up a new password, providing Toolbox Access is set to Yes.
