Do all Employees need access to the Toolbox App?
No. We recommend that all Employees are added to the Toolbox but then it is up to you on which Employees have access to the Toolbox. By adding all the Employee names into the Toolbox, means that you can still record their Qualifications, Training Records, add their names in Incidents/Hazards etc without giving them access.
Giving them access will mean that they will be able to enter Hazards, Incidents, perform Pre-Operation Checks, complete Pesticide records and sign off documents.
