How do I add a Competency Record?
There are a number of ways to create a Competency Record is from Equipment Profile (but you can also create one from the Employee profile).
- Click Our Tools > Equipment Register
- Edit the piece of Equipment
- Click on the Competency Record tab
- Click '+Add Competency Record'
- Select the Operate and the Assessor
- Answer the Questions
- Take or upload a photo (if required)
- Have the Operator and Assessor sign the record
- Click Save Changes
