How do I create a new Contractor?

Once the Required Documents, Induction Questions and Induction Documents have been set up in the Contractor Templates section, a Contractor can be created in the system.

Click on Contractors > Contractors and Click 'Create Contractor'.

Enter the Contractor details:

  1. Contractor Name
  2. Address (optional)
  3. Select a Work Group
  4. Principal Contractor Name
  5. Principal Contractor Email
  6. Principal Contractor Phone
  7. Select which required Documents to ask from them
  8. Select which Induction Documents you want their staff to read in the online induction
  9. Review the Induction Questions and delete those which are not required (note: deleting then from here does not delete then from the template
  10. Click 'Create Contractor'

You will receive a confirmation email that the Contractor has been successfully created. The Principal Contractor will receive the Welcome Invite email to create a password and submit the Required Documents and create their staff.
