How do I create a Spray Record (Application Schedule)?

There are a few things to make sure are completed before you can create an Application Schedule.

Pre-requisites:

  1. Make sure you have the required products loaded into your Product Inventory
  2. Make sure you have Supervisors and Applicators chosen against their respective Employee Profiles


Navigation path:

To create an Application Record, go to Our Tools > Products > Application Schedule


Create an Application Schedule: 

This first section (Pre-Spray Sheet) creates instructions for the Applicator to understand the requirements.

  1. Click '+ Add Application Schedule'
  2. Check the Site Address is correct (if you only have one site this will always be the same)
  3. Enter a Start Date and Time
  4. Select a Supervisor
  5. Select the Applicator
  6. Select the Purpose of Application
  7. Select the Method od Application
  8. Select the Application Areas
  9. Select the Order of Application
  10. Add any Notes or Instructions
  11. Select the required Spray gear if applicable
  12. Add the required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
  13. Click on Add / Remove to add products
  14. Select a Product or Products
  15. Click Next
  16. Enter the Application Rate and the Amount Used for each Product selected
  17. Click Next (if you would like to enter these products as a Blend refer to 'Create Blends' below)
  18. Click Confirm
  19. Choose one of the following:
    1. Click 'Save as Draft' if you are not ready to send the details to the Applicator
    2. Click 'Save and Send' to send the Application Schedule to the Applicator

An email will be sent to the Applicator and the Supervisor (providing they have an email address entered in their Employee Profile).

Create a Blend

A Blend is a group of products that can be easily selected next time rather than select each individual product one by one.

  1. After step 16 above, select each product you want to make into a Blend
  2. Click 'Group to Blend'
  3. Enter a Blend Name e.g. Summer Mix
  4. Click Save changes
  5. Click Confirm
  6. Click 'Save as Draft' if you are not ready to send the details to the Applicator
  7. Click 'Save and Send' to send the Application Schedule to the Applicator

An email will be sent to the Applicator and the Supervisor (providing they have an email address entered in their Employee Profile).
