How do I invite more staff to access The Toolbox?

  1. For a team member to access The Toolbox, they must have been entered into the Employee Register in The Toolbox with at least their name, role, work group and at a minimum their cell phone number or email address (ideally both)
  2. Once this has been completed, an Admin user is able to access their Employee Profile, Edit, then scroll down the page to a simple toggle that reads Toolbox Access YES or NO
  3. By switching this toggle to yes, the toggle below will highlight Password Delivery Method
  4. Here you are able to choose whether the individual will receive their invitation to The Toolbox via email or SMS (depending on the contact information you have been able to supply - email address and/or cell number)
  5. If you have entered both the email address and cell phone number for the user, even if they get their invitation via SMS, they can login using their email address and cell number (as second factor of verification)
  6. Remember! An invitation sent via SMS (when the user has no email address) will require the user to enter the site ClientID
