How do I manage employees / staff that leave?
If you have staff that leave employment, you can quickly remove them from displaying in your Employee Register. Simply click on the Archive icon (Filing Box) and click Archive. Done.
Once an employee is archived, their records will be moved to the Archive section. Click on the Active / Archive toggle within the Employee Register. This will display all the past employees.
Their data and records will always be available to be viewed by you.
