How do I renew my Employees Qualifications if they have expired?

Once in the right location all you need to do is upload a new certificate and enter a new attainment date to renew a Qualification.

  1. Click on Our Team > Employees
  2. Edit the Employee profile
  3. Click on the Qualifications Tab
  4. Locate the expired Qualification
  5. Click the Renew icon (clockwise circle)
  6. A message will appear explaining what Renew means
  7. Click renew to continue
  8. Upload the new Certificate (if required)
  9. Enter in the new attainment date.
  10. Click Renew

The system will keep an historic record of the past Qualification each time it is renewed.
