How do I schedule training?

The Training Schedule is a tool that can be used to record upcoming training courses for Employees.

When the Employee completes the training, the training schedule record can be updated to create a new Qualification record.

To schedule training:

  1. Click Our Staff > Training Schedule
  2. Click '+ Schedule Training'
  3. Select a Qualification
  4. Select Employees


Unconfirmed

  1. If the training does not have a confirmed training date, leave the record as unconfirmed
  2. Add notes if required
  3. Click Save Changes

 

Confirmed

  1. If the training is confirmed, enter the date of the training
  2. Add notes if required
  3. Change the Status to 'Confirmed'
  4. Click Save Changes

 

Qualification

  1. Click Our Teams > Employee Register
  2. Edit the required Employee
  3. Click on the Training Schedule Tab
  4. Edit the appropriate Training Schedule record
  5. Change the status from Confirmed to Completed
  6. Upload the training certificate (optional)
  7. Enter the date the qualification was attained
  8. Click Save

The Training Schedule has now been converted to a Qualification record.
