How do I schedule training?
The Training Schedule is a tool that can be used to record upcoming training courses for Employees.
When the Employee completes the training, the training schedule record can be updated to create a new Qualification record.
To schedule training:
- Click Our Staff > Training Schedule
- Click '+ Schedule Training'
- Select a Qualification
- Select Employees
Unconfirmed
- If the training does not have a confirmed training date, leave the record as unconfirmed
- Add notes if required
- Click Save Changes
Confirmed
- If the training is confirmed, enter the date of the training
- Add notes if required
- Change the Status to 'Confirmed'
- Click Save Changes
Qualification
- Click Our Teams > Employee Register
- Edit the required Employee
- Click on the Training Schedule Tab
- Edit the appropriate Training Schedule record
- Change the status from Confirmed to Completed
- Upload the training certificate (optional)
- Enter the date the qualification was attained
- Click Save
The Training Schedule has now been converted to a Qualification record.
