The Emergency SMS function allows Employees with an Admin System Role to send out an SMS to: 1. All Staff in the Employee Register with a phone number 2. Any Contractor Staff that have signed in but not yet signed out of the Sign In Register Three SMS Emergency SMS can be sent: 1. **Be Alert -** Prepare for an evacuation 2. **Evacuation -** Evacuate Now 3. **All Clear -** Safety threat contained. Return to Work. To Send an Emergency SMS: 1. Click Contractors \> Sign in Register 2. Or click 'Emergency SMS' in the Actions button 3. Click the Red 'Emergency SMS' button 4. Select which type of Emergency message to send (Be Alert, Evacuation, All Clear) 5. The content of the SMS will displayed and highlighted in Red to show you what the recipients will receive 6. Click Continue 7. Another confirmation will be displayed 8. Click Continue to send the Emergency SMS Repeat the process to send further Emergency SMS.
