How do I set up a Password?
If you have been newly entered into the Toolbox Employee profile by your Manager, you may have been sent a Welcome Email/SMS. If received:
- Click on the link
- Create a Password
- Re-enter the Password
- If received via Email, enter your phone number as Verification
- If received via SMS, enter your email as verification
- Check with your manager if they added both your email and phone number into the Toolbox when they set up your profile.
- If only one has been entered, you will need to enter the ClientID as Verification. Ask you manager for the ClientID
- Click Set password
- If successful, this will take you to the Login page where you can enter your new password to login.
