How do I set up a Password?

If you have been newly entered into the Toolbox Employee profile by your Manager, you may have been sent a Welcome Email/SMS. If received:

  1. Click on the link
  2. Create a Password
  3. Re-enter the Password
  4. If received via Email, enter your phone number as Verification
  5. If received via SMS, enter your email as verification
  6. Check with your manager if they added both your email and phone number into the Toolbox when they set up your profile.
  7. If only one has been entered, you will need to enter the ClientID as Verification. Ask you manager for the ClientID
  8. Click Set password
  9. If successful, this will take you to the Login page where you can enter your new password to login.
