I cannot see a Document that I know is in the Directory

If you know that a Document has been saved in the Resources > Directory section but you cannot find it, it may be that the Work Group associated with your Employee Profile is not the same as the Work Group that is associated with the intended Folder or Document.

If you are not an Admin User within the Toolbox, it may be that your manager has not given you access to the particular document.
