What can I do when my Contractor says they cannot login?

If a Contractor contacts you saying they cannot login:

1. Check they are in the Contractor Module
2. Check the Contact details are the same of the Principal Contractor recorded in the system
3. Advise them to click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page (Contractors use the same login page as you)

Send them the Login page URL if they do not have it:

1. Click on your initials or photo in the top right
2. Click Log Off
3. Copy the URL when you are logged out and send to the Contractor
