What is a Competency Assessor?

An Employee that has been assigned as a Competency Assessor can then sign other staff off with Equipment Training. The Competency Assessor should be deemed competent to operate specific equipment and have the ability to pass this knowledge onto others in a safe and accurate way.

To assign an Employee as a Competency Assessor, edit their employee profile and click on Add / Remove next to 'Other Roles' and select Competency Assessor and Save. The staff members name will then be available to be selected in the list of Competency Assessors when completing the Equipment Training.
