What is a Pre-Operation Check?

A 'Pre-Operation Check' (previously known as a Pre-Start Inspection) is a set of questions that an Employee answers before they operate a piece of machinery/equipment.

The questions will identify if the machinery/equipment is safe to operate thus reducing the risk of Injury or property/environmental damage.
