What is an Active Competency Record?

An Active Competency Record is where all the Competency questions have been answered, both the Operator and Assessor have signed the record and the record is not older than 3 years.

An Expired Competency Record is older than 3 years.

A 'Not Yet Competent' record is when not all the questions have been answered competent.
