What is TAG-OUT?

TAG-OUT places a digital Tag on a piece of Equipment to prevent Pre-Operation Checks from being completed on a potentially dangerous piece of Equipment. The user will be advised not to use the piece of Equipment.

1. Click on Our Tools > Equipment
2. Edit the piece of Equipment
3. Change TAG-OUT to Yes
4. Save

A TAG-OUT can also be placed when creating a Defect Ticket.
