What is the All/Own Toggle button in Inspections?

For Employees with an Admin System role, the All/Own Toggle button in Inspections is to separately display All Improvements and the Improvements assigned to the employee logged in to the Toolbox. All other users only see the Improvements that they have been assigned.

For Admin users:

1. Clicking on All will show all the Improvements
2. Click on My Own will only show Improvements that have been assigned to themselves.
