What is the Defect/Damage Register?
Tickets in the Defect/Damage register are created when a defect or damage is discovered on a piece of Equipment when a Pre-Operation Check is completed. A ticket can also be created outside of completing a Pre-Operation Check.
The Defect/Damage ticket allows the management of repairs to defective or damaged Equipment by recording what repairs are needed, when they should be completed and at what cost.
