How to add a Task?
Adding tasks to assign your staff is a crucial step in setting up your Team Planner correctly.
Adding tasks in a way that is very specific to how your team operates, will help in the long run with accurate reporting.
e.g. if you always send out teams to rake bunkers in six-hole sections, add "Rake Bunkers 1-6" as one Task. This task can then be assigned to multiple staff members.

Go to Task Register from the left-hand menu.

Click the green “+” button on the right-hand side, aligned with Task Register.

This will open the Create Task screen, where you can enter the Action (e.g. Mow, Spray, Roll, Trim), Type (e.g. Fairways, Greens, Gardens), Location (e.g. Holes 1–9), and Labour Hours.
- Click the green Save button at the bottom. The task will then be available to assign to staff members.
