What happens if I remove or replace the quiz on a document that assignees are already working through?

Every assignee's sign-off progress on that document is reset — their signatures are cleared and their quiz answers are lost. Do this from the document's Quiz tab, and consider timing the change for a low-usage period to minimise disruption.
