What's the difference between a plain "Question" and one added "From Bank"?

 A plain Question belongs only to that template — you can freely edit its text, options, and correct answer. A From Bank question is copied in from the shared Quiz Question Bank; it carries a Bank badge and its text/options/correct answer are locked in the template editor, since those are managed centrally in the Bank.
