Why can't I find a Product or a Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?
If you cannot find a product that you think should be in the Product Inventory, it is probably hidden by a filter or because that product has not been associated with the same Work Groups as in your Employee Profile.
- Either reset the filters to show all results
- Search for your own Work Group or ask an Admin user to check if the product is listed.
